School grants are used to support our schools and foster the education of students. The funds may be directed toward fishery conservation or management education, development of vocational programs, special projects, or any educational activity that enhances the awareness of students regarding the fishing industry. Each year APICDA offers a school grant in the amount of $12,000 to a public school in each CDQ community and Unalaska.
The application deadline for the current school grant is Nov. 30. The deadline to close out existing school grants is Aug. 31.
