Justine Gundersen Leadership Development Grant

The Leadership Development Grant program is named in honor of founding APICDA board member Justine Gundersen from Nelson Lagoon, who dedicated 31 years of service and leadership to the APICDA Communities. This grant was designed to inspire and develop new leaders by supporting leadership development for emerging leaders in the communities of Akutan, Atka, False Pass, Nelson Lagoon, Nikolski, St. George, and Unalaska. This grant offers financial support to residents who are seeking educational opportunities through leadership training, summits, conferences, and other traditional and non-traditional learning pathways.
